- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I am elderly and can not stand for long periods of time. I was ushered out the door because I did not have an appointment. I do not understand why I NEED to make an appointment. I have plenty of time to wait on your sofas. Besides, What about those elderly ones that do not have a computer to make an appointment. They are not senior citizen friendly. I feel bad vibes, and not welcomed. I use the ATM as much as possible, just to avoid going inside.By JO RO, July 18, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I personal go into this location two times per week. This location purposely only scheduled one teller at peek rush hours times. This is bad business. The elderly population in this area are the ones I feel sorry for. They don't want to deal with ATM machines. The branch manager doesn't seem to understand this or care. The elderly want customer service with a real person. Not with a machine. You need to cater to the needs of you clients. Most customers can't stand in line for 20 to 30 minutes. This is the average wait time. Their elderly and their health is fragile. I see them with canes or walkers. Some times they have to lean on the counter or on someone else just because this branch wants to be so automated. They can't afford to stand that long.
