- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I shipped a package through their store with a next morning delivery option. the package got out on time, but Ups corporate failed to get the package on the airplane. The real problem is when I went into the store the next morning they said I was going to get a full refund. They took my name, number, and tracking number. They said we cannot process your claim until the package arrives tomorrow and they would call me to let me know the claim has been processed. Then I would need to wait 7 to 10 days for a check to be made out. I failed to receive a call from them regarding my claim and they are only open for another 3 hours. I called and they knew nothing about my claim and gathered all my information again and said they would call me in 7 to 10 days when my check arrived.
